Affordable Classes

All the fundamentals and tumbling skills for cheerleading are covered in cheer fundamentals programs. This session is ideal for beginner athletes interested in getting a taste of cheerleading before committing to the full Allstar experience. This lesson will cover the fundamentals of jumps, motions, dance, tumbling, and stunting. By the conclusion of the four to six-week program, participants will have a 2:00–2:30 routine that incorporates all the abilities they have learned. Every week, the class will meet; the specific days and times will depend on the session. The $125 registration cost covers class sessions, a t-shirt, and a bow. The final week of the session will feature a showcase for family and friends to witness as we celebrate the completion of the class.

Introductory Classes: 
In these classes, students will learn Level 1 and Level 2 tumble skills and drills, including techniques such as forward rolls, single-leg bridge lifts, backbends, backbend kickovers, front and back limbers, back extension rolls, front and back walkovers, cartwheels, round-offs, Valdezes, back handsprings, as well as the connections between these skills.

Advanced Classes:
This class will cover advanced skills starting from Level 3 and beyond, including executing 2 consecutive back handsprings with a rebound, a round-off followed by 2 back handsprings with a rebound, a round-off back handspring with a "High" rebound, a front handspring, a standing tuck, a punch front, a running layout, and many more advanced skills.


Jump & Flyer Flex Class:
This lesson will focus on enhancing athletes' flexibility, range of motion, technical skills, and strength to improve their jumping ability, achieve more height, and maintain perfect technique. The session will concentrate on developing extensions, improving flexibility, enhancing power, and perfecting jump lines.
